Meet David
David Zook is the Founder of Benjamin Berglund. His experience in search and ministry uniquely positions him to hand-pick candidates for hand-picked roles.
Prior to being a Senior Pastor for 14 years, he started the insurance practice for Morgan Hunter Corporate Search. He was the top producer for the firm before he went to seminary. He briefly reunited with the firm before starting Benjamin Berglund.
His ability to get beyond the keywords in job descriptions and resumes ensures tight matches. His polished people skills and discernment come in handy when things get a bit tricky.
He serves on two non-profit boards as well as coaches soccer for a local Phoenix high school and for a local soccer club.
He is also building a non-profit designed to create healthier churches.
He brings the skills developed from those areas here. As a result, your search will be handled with the appropriate care and personal touch until he secures a the right candidate for you.
