Our debrief process ensures that we carefully listen to you and the candidate, then ask questions to make sure:
- Nothing has been missed
- Things that need to be revisited or clarified are
- There are enough good vibes on both sides to move forward. If those vibes aren’t present or are “meh”, we will kill it and move to the next candidate.
Our detailed offer process ensures that we have measured twice and cut once before the offer is extended. All of the hard work of negotiating the package happens before the offer. The offer is just a formality. We want you to feel excited that you “got your guy” and want the candidate to feel your role “is an amazing opportunity.”
Our extended care process ensures that there is a smooth first year. We will talk to you and the candidate a couple of times to check up and, if needed smooth out bumps in the road.
